To verify you are the true Sender, hugsand cards.com will send to the cell phone number you will enter, a text message which you will then forward to a Recepient. The text message has a link to your Card and Video.

To use hugsandcards.com you, the Sender, must be over the age of 16 and have read and agree to the Terms of Service.

If you, the Sender, are under 16 years, you must be under the supervision of an adult who has read and agreed to the Terms of Service

If the Recepient is over 16 years, the text message can be sent directly to the Recepient's cell phone.

If the Recipient is under 16 years, the text message must be sent directly to the Parent's or Guardian's cell phone.
